Directions for Austin Twilight Shoot Out Aug 1st, 2009
07.31.09

Info on parking, what to bring, etc

INFO: If you haven’t been to this location before, please note. It is a private residence. It does NOT look like a castle from the front. Totally surprising if you haven’t been there before. The house is in a cul-de-sac and looks like a normal house.

PARKING - There is not on site parking. There will be a shuttle going back and forth b/t the location and the school that is down the road. Just pass the house and drive down Lost Oasis until you can see the school (see link). We have permission to park in their parking lot.

Please arrive by 7:00. A shuttle will bring everyone over. Do NOT be more than 5 minutes late! You’ll miss the last shuttle and have to walk.

If anyone has a handicapped permit and needs to park onsite, please let me know.

If you are attending and have any questions, please email ASAP. Please check your directions prior to leaving. I’m not from Austin, so I’m not much help if you get totally lost.

Should I bring…? Bring what ever you have! Camera bodies, lenses (especially wide angle ones), flashes, reflectors, tri/ mono pods, and anything you think you may use. Also bring water with you. Do not leave it in your car - you will want it.

We will be shooting inside and outside. We have a few brides and a groom model. We are on whether we have rain or shine. And it is supposed to be stinking hot - dress comfortably! Bring a can of OFF! if you have it. Nice green flowers = lots of biting bugs.

Since it is going to be the golden hour, you all should have a shot at some really cool stuff. If you have been wanting to try out new gear, poses, shots, etc - this is the time! There aren’t a ton of people signed up for this gig, so it should be a nice laid-back evening. See you there!!!

Posing Guides Purchasing Issue
07.08.09

I know that the posing guides service is not functioning properly right now. They are having technical issues which we are trying to resolve ASAP. If you want an ebook before it is resolved you can purchase by emailing the amount and title of the ebook to info AT bellesphotography.com. You will be sent access to the ebook ASAP, but it won’t be instant. I check email frequently from 8am-11pm daily. So if you just really have to have it TODAY - go ahead and do it this way. :o)
